Festie Support
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Need help with Festie? Email support@joinfestie.com and include your app version (Settings, Version). We review reports of abuse within 24 hours.
Signing in
- Festie signs you in with an 8-digit code sent to your email; there is no password. Codes expire after 10 minutes and work once.
- No code? Check your spam or junk folder, wait a minute and tap Resend code. Each new code replaces the previous one, so use the code from the newest email.
- If Festie cannot send a code (for example, you asked for one less than a minute ago), the sign-in screen shows "I already have a code" under the message. Tap it to enter a code you already have without sending a new one.
- Your schedule and crews stay on your phone when you are offline, even if your sign-in has expired. Festie syncs again when you are back online.
Crews and meetups
- Create a crew from the Crews tab and share the invite. Friends join with the 6-character code or the invite link.
- Crew admins can get a new invite code (the old one stops working) and remove members.
- Your picks, meetups and changes made offline sync automatically when you reconnect.
Location sharing
- Location sharing is off until you turn it on from a crew's map, for 1, 4 or 8 hours or until you stop it (24 hours at most).
- Festie only shares your location while the app is open on your screen. Your position is visible to your crew for at most 15 minutes after the last update, then deleted.
- Stop sharing at any time on the map or in Settings, Location sharing.
Safety: report and block
- Report from a crew's screen: tap a person's name, open a meetup's options (the ⋯ button) to report the meetup or its photo, or tap Report this crew. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content and people that break our Terms of Use.
- Block someone by tapping their name in a crew. You will no longer see each other's location, meetups or picks. They are not told. Unblock people in Settings, Blocked users.
- If you are in danger, contact festival staff or local emergency services. Do not rely on Festie in an emergency.
Schedules
Festie is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any festival, organizer or artist. We enter schedules from official public sources, but festivals change times and stages. Always check official sources. Spotted a mistake? Email support@joinfestie.com with the festival, the set and a link to the official schedule.
Deleting your account
Open Settings (your avatar on the Fests screen), tap Delete account, type DELETE and tap Delete my account. This permanently deletes your profile, crew memberships, meetups, photos, picks and shared location. See section 6 of our Privacy Policy for details. You can also email support@joinfestie.com from the address you sign in with to ask us to delete it.
